We get our drinks then she splits... crickets... crickets... still waiting for food order after 20 minutes? That's ridiculous!
How long have you been in business? How do you not know how to adequately staff your environment so your guests aren't suffering? There are no excuses... Disney does 5x the volume in their restaurants and can get people in an hour in over an hour....
In the time it took me to hand type this on my phone.. I STILL HAHE NO ORDER IN FOR MY FOOD!
management has failed as have the staff...
